DBT GROUPS

The DBT groups are administered through my affiliate entity Perimeter DBT. Perimeter DBT is comprised of myself, Liza Reed,  and two other colleagues that offer a comprehensive DBT program.  This page is a sampling and outlines groups led by Liza.  For a complete list of groups offered or more about DBT in general please go to Perimeter DBT.

  • Group is broken up into four, six week long modules, each module focusing on a different set of DBT skills and includes Mindfulness in each
    • Distress Tolerance
    • Emotion Regulation
    • Interpersonal Effectiveness


  • Walking the Middle Path
  • May join on the first day of any module
  • 6 month commitment required
  • Assessment needed prior to joining
  • Individu

  • Group meets weekly for 60 minutes for 8 consecutive weeks 
  • You do not need to have a family member in our DBT program
  • 8 week commitment required


  • Price includes up to two parents
  • This is a condensed 9 week DBT Skills class that will provide family members and understanding of behavioral patterns in themselves and the distressed teen; encourage the contributions of all family members to a mutually validating environment; and address need to improve skills in all family members
